I bought an $100 ecard for Walmart to help out my son. He bought $88.66 and for some reason they did a merchant void without returning money to card. When he tried to pay again there was only 11.34 left since money was not returned. The worst part is the manager instead of investigating the situation just blew him off. WHEN I CALLED ABOUT IT SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Apparently her name is Karen (figures) as soon as I get her last name I will complain to corporate
