Incompetent staff. Never return calls, scheduled appts dissappear and youre "fit in" on those days. Surgeries are rescheduled, Surgery centers aren't contacted or given updated contact information. Wrong lense ordered for catarac surgery. Meds for before and after surgery never mentioned. I then had complications. Was told by staff Dr Ross no longer did surgery. Almost canceled procedure.
