Pleasant Experience – I always have a pleasant experience when I come. The doctor is very professional and courteous.
Dr. Nguyen is great! – Dr. Nguyen's office always gives my family great customer service. The wait times are never too bad and the staff is super friendly.
My family doctor – My family and I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for years now and we will keep coming back. Their prices are great, and the service is excellent.
Eye inflammations after exams for both my wife and me. – Right after the eye exams as a regular checkup (both my wife and I), my wife started to have eye inflammation on her left eye. We went back in a few days to talk to Dr. Nguyen. her response was that they are not responsible for that because if their eye drop was a problem, why my wife has inflammation on only one eye, not both eyes. Enjoyed My Experience – I really enjoyed my experience here. The people here are very friendly. The doctor and her staff are awesome and the front desk person was very informative.
Thank You – Dr. Nguyen and her staff were really sweet and patient with me. I wanted to start using contacts for the first time ever and at first I had trouble getting them on, but they kept working with me until I was able to put the contacts in and feel comfortable with them. I would like to thank them so much for introducing me to the world of contacts!
Dr. Nguyen is the best optometris ever. I've been with her for about 6 years now and she always greets me with a smile. She is so friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend her!
Great Staff! – The office staff is extremely pleasant and professional. Dr. Nguyen was great as well, very professional and answered all my questions. Was not pushy in recommending any procedures and gave me some good advice on what to do about eye dryness.
Best Optometrist – Going to see the optometrist typically is nothing to call home about. But the staff here makes it a pleasant enough experience. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. Before seeing the doctor for the exam in the back, the pre-exam's done by front staff. The wait to see the doctor was relatively short, which is always a plus because most doctors' offices feel like your time isn't valuable and appointments mean nothing.
