Uncaring, unprofessional staff!!! No sense of morale with this crew!! .. they called me to cancel my appointment, 3 months later, without any reason whatsoever!! Terrible!!!!
people dont go there!!!! i got ripped off by a gentleman name ruben. called for my glasses to find out he's no longer there. someone ftom there office called him to let him know i had called regarding my glasses, he ended up texting me saying he had my glasses why would he have them? and would meet me with them, me being trusting i said ok i had talked to a friend about it and she started telling me ripped you off why would he have them. i've called envision eyecare twice and there were supposed to get back to me and didn't,... read more
Outstanding customer service! Went out of their way to help my special needs son get through his eye exam and fitting with the least amount of stress as possible. Difficult patient because of his sensory issues but staff was amazing. Thank you so much!
