New patients & we couldn't be HAPPIER!! Way better than where we had to get eyes examined!! Professional, no long waits, very curtious, super nice & from the Doc down Everyone was exceptionally knowledgeable. Great Place!!
This place is the worse uve ever been to! They are rude. They lie and charge insurance as a no show when they are closed! Went in for a field vision exam and I can’t get the results. They want me to make an appointment for four weeks and I’ve never heard of that in my life. They are rude. They don’t know what’s going on and I would never recommend this place to anybody!
I can only speak for the office in Crystal River - I have never in my life encountered a more incompetent group. How is it that an office has phone issues where they can not return patient phone calls on an almost weekly basis. My father was seen over 6 weeks ago and had been waiting for a referral for a special type of eye scan…he is in pain, his sight has dramatically declined in the past 6 weeks. They don't know how to run thr machine to test yout eyes. I use a walker again same test on peripheral. Told her chin rest needs it fix so I could use it.Told me it couldn't be done neither could the top be raise . Also half way on left eye she got up and told me she going to fix eye patch a little better. Hand in my way. Then buzzer kept going off even though I didn't hit it.
