I've never been taken care of as well as when I had a partial reline and new upper at Envision on 16th Ave . The staff are so accommodating & friendly. I highly recommend Alex Scoats at this location ~ she is so patient and a perfectionist, she makes sure you are completely happy with every aspect of your bite, your smile, your comfort level. I've been to other locations in this area and there is no one I can compare to Envision, and Alex Scoats.
I rarely write reviews but feel that Envision Denture and Implant Centre deserves it big time. I've never had any office staff be as pleasant and accommodating as the staff here are. They remember your first name from your first visit on. As for my denturist, I can't say enough good things about Alex Scoates. She was the most attentive person, so very concerned with what my needs were and made sure that I was completely happy with the end result.
