Worst credit union ever very judgemental
Went in to get a new card on my day off today, had a fraudulent charge on my debit card and rent is due tonight, cant withdraw money to my cashapp due to the card being canceled, cant withdraw money from my account do to the card being canceled. So I wait, get called up, ask for a new card and they no longer offer new card replacements in the store. You can get a new card in the store if you're opening an account, but no if your card was compromised you have to wait for it in the mail..... envision used to mediocre but it's ... read more
I definitely recommend Envision, but even more I recommend Kim H. Talk about customer service, WOW, she knocked it out of the park! She was very helpful, informative, and professional throughout the whole process. She is definitely the type of person I want handling my finances, and I will definitely request an appointment with her every time I go! Thank you Kim for everything. Anyone looking to open an account here, DO IT, and request an appointment with Kim H. You won’t regret it.
Friendly and helpful people. We have been using them for 30 years with no problem.
Envision and their employees have gotten horrible and lazy. Branches not open late anymore. Completely incompetent now. My debot card expires the end of 2025. Instead, my card was cancelled without notifying me after they sent out a new card 1 year ahead of time. It was also sent to an old physical address where I no longer live, because my mailing address was removed(apparently a few months ago) without my permission or consulting me. When I explained this to the local branch the best they could offer is to get me a new car... read more
