Would like to share my interactions with Kim Heard at the Addition on Thomasville Rd. She was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and definitely knew what she was talking about. My issue was that everything was changing and turning into a bank. Kim assured me that Addition is still indeed a credit union and the change is just an upgrade from what we previously had. Kim was absolutely amazing today. I came in with an online banking issue and she spent significant time troubleshooting and helping. I left with all questions answered and everything in working order.
My husband and I had been happy Envision credit union members for many years. The transition to Addition Financial Credit Union has been exceptionally smooth for us. The Assistant Branch Manager at the Thomasville road branch, Mr. James Horgan has been particularly helpful,welcoming and knowledgeable. We look forward to many years with Addition!!!!
