After 10+ years as a “member”, I no longer felt as a member nor supported from Envision. Switched to Chase and opened a checking, savings and business account where I felt more valued and appreciated
James Horgan, a member services representative at the Thomasville Rd. branch, helped me open an account today and was extremely helpful and patient. James has an amazing personality and can keep you engaged during what can typically be a boring and mundane experience. He had a clear answer for every question that I had. James is very knowledgeable. He is also an expert when it comes to loans and is not at all pushy, only recommending what you need. He will be helping my family with their auto loans.
