Okay so we gave one of the worse reviews of this large bank system I had ever wrote . to our complete suprise it was instantly addressed and we aren't even their customer we had an issue with a mistake made by a new employee they not only made it right they went well above fixing somthing that anyone would have assumed ae had to just suck it up . to a teller in Tallahasse branch (Courtney Sam ) I believe her smile and abilaty to keep us calm in this situatiin was second to none .
