So I went today to take advantage of their tax help. I arrive at 11:30 am and am told that as long as I’m there by 1, I’m guaranteed to be seen. The doors are locked at 1 pm. Fast forward to 2:30. There’s a knock at the front door and it’s some customer service guy. His name was Hershall Halloway and he informed everybody that since it’s past closing time that if you have not been seen yet, you will not be seen today. I have been a customer of Envision for many years. I just waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes while the only other open lane had 4 people go through the line while I waited. I was making a cash deposit. How hard can a cash deposit be. After I had pressed the call button, the girl came on the screen and waived my money and said I've got it.
