I went to envision today, I had help from Mrs. Tangela & Ms. Bobbie they both were very professional and helpful. They was patient with me and helped me do what I needed to do.
Envision Credit Union has made the decision to move their mortgage servicing to a company call Selene Financial. Selene is so bad that the Better Business Bureau has an alert on their website about them and gives them a D rating. We absolutely love Envision. Mrs Brenda King goes above and beyond for her customers. They have been easy to work with over the years from car loans, boat loans, and refinancing cars from other lenders. We highly recommend Envision and will be switching all our personal and business accounts over to them.
I have always found the customer service to be excellent. I recently became aware of all the many other member services they provide. we have been a member for 10 years. I love credit union. If you ever need assistance for a car loan or to refinance your mortgage talk to them. Jordan at Killearn Branch is very helpful and and knows how to advise in savings, car purchases cds. he is a great loan officer. I recommend them to all my friends.

In my opinion, this is probably THE WORST BANK IN AMERICA. I’ve been banking here for over five years and I can honestly say I have never had a pleasant experience.
