I just received a letter from the bank that my savings account was in active and that the bank was going to donate MY money to the city of Boston. I just called and was told that no one could look at the letter and they couldn't guarantee that MY money would still be there on monday when I can get there. How is it possible for the bank to give away MY money!!!!!!!!! Horrible
I would like to say the new stoughton branch is great.... BUT there really should be somewhere to fill out slips rather than at the teller. It creates longer lines and sometimes you have more than one slip to fill out. I felt bad i made a mistake on the form today and there was a line of people getting impatient. Ive heard many others in town comment the same thing. Please consider making the change could help retain clients. Thank you.
Since the bank has switched locations, I️ve gone to the atm 3 times and it is unavailable. This is frustrating because I️ have to go to another bank and pay a fee. How can you resolve this?
