Extrememly disappointed in this bank's practices! They returned two check payments despite my having sufficient funds in the account as well as the overdraft protections. I called customer service and went over to a branch. Both individuals informed me that they don't know what happened. I am still dealing with the repercussions today. Shame on them. Be careful with this bank. "I don't know" is a shameful response to recieve from an institution that holds your money.

They can improve by fixing their online Banking issues nothing but problems can’t wait to close my account

Everyone at the Stoughton Branch are very nice and very helpful
To stars to be nice.. Place is a hot mess. Our rep. is never available.. Online business is barely available, and if it is.. your account and passwords will be wrong. JUST TRY AND CALL TO MAKE A PAYMENT... WONT TAKE IT. Was told to mail it or use the online service that does not work!!!! So t will be late and you can charge me all kinds of fees I imagine? Some of the VERY SHADIEST BUSINESS PRACTICES I HAVE COME ACROSS. They are certainly worth an investigation.... they certainly DO NOT deserve and A rating of any kind.
