Not the same as it was when it was South Shore.
I have using Randolph location for more than a decade. They have a great personel and have always responded and accommodated all my transactions in a timely manner. I wanted to send a shout out to all the talented stuff there and in particular ms. Lisandra A. for a job well done. I strongly recommend Randolph location to all people that looking for a great customer service .
Been banking at this place for years. Not Abington Bank but Randolph bank and its previous name changes. Not sure if it's growing and getting bought out or if it's failing and getting bought out. Either way great people to help me. Don't think the staff has changed and it's FDIC so who cares as long as the people that work there FANTASTIC
This bank is the worst on the planet! They are constantly being taken over, merged with other banks & generally incapable of doing business, it seems. Every time I call I am put on hold for long minutes, letters I have sent are unanswered for months & months, no one ever calls back & Customer Service is incapable of answering anything at all.
