The staff are great, but the North Shore banking policies are awful; especially for Zelle. Planning to move from that Bank after 30 years. The three stars are for the staff only and I would give them 5 if the bank policies weren't so bad.
This is single-handedly the worst bank I have ever worked with. If you use Zelle or rely on the mobile app to pay your bills, do NOT use Abington Bank. Every time I try to make a Zelle payment, my account gets put on hold for fraudulent activity, which requires me to spend 20-30 min on the phone answering 21 questions and verifying my identity!!! Most recently, after the 30 min on the phone they still proceeded to DECLINE my transaction and tell me to "use cashapp or venmo instead"?!?! The only other option was to come into ... read more
