It's always nasty and dirty right after they clean up the washers and dryers always broke they get attitudes when you call pissed about a issue you had.They keep going up on rent but nothing is ever fixed in a timely manner.

Management sucks! They left black mold in my apartment refused to exterminate for roaches. Paulina spread everybodys business. They mop the halls with dirty mops so it always stink. They don’t handle any issues. I had to call the city of Akron about the mold in my apartment. Maintenance man is lazy! They left my sink leaking for months. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have been living here since April of this year 2025 and I have to say the neighbors are nice; I have not had any problems. The management is ok I had no problems with him. There are arguments outside at night and sometimes during the day but that's what happens when you like in an apartment. My concerns are the shootings I have witness one shooting in the entrance of my apartment complex. You can hear gun shoots around the area as well. The neighbors are up at all hours, partying, drinking, smoking Marijuana and cigarettes inside the building and stairwells, the AC doesn't work, so it's over 85 in our apartment with a newborn, and the first day we moved in there were roaches behind the dish washer. Would not recommend to anyone, especially not for roughly 1500 a month.
