First, I'll share the ugly: the woman at the front desk in East Haven is one of the rudest people I've spoken to in a long time, and that says a lot! However, Eleanor, who answers the phones and helps with advisement, is AMAZING. When my first instructions on how to put contacts in weren't working for me, I spoke with Eleanor, who gave me some options. I went to get eye exam I asked if they take husky for eye exam they said no but husky would reimburse me they said i would have to call husky myself I asked if husky would pay after I pay they said absolutely should have no problem well there is a problem I did not get my money back do not trust eye exam do not go there even if they say husky will pay they lie to get payment then throw you in circles
