I wasn’t able to make my appointment because I was having trouble with my car, as it would not start. I called shortly before my appointment to let them know. I spoke with Eleanor who was extremely rude to me. Eleanor told me I would be considered a “no show” and I would be subjected to a cancellation fee. I was scheduled for a 12:45pm routine eye exam and was not seated until 1:30pm. I am heavily disappointed in the fact that not one staff member apologized for the 45min wait and inconvenience to my day. Typically, I always have a great experience at this practice, however, today was not such.
Good place
It was my first appt. Very high tech. Caring and kind staff.
