When you walk into Envision and meet the staff, you only then realize you are in the best possible office for care of your eyes. Dr. Diaz and her staff are so professional you will immediately feel like family. I have never had a doctor in my lifetime care so much for her patient. Dr. Diaz is the exception of health care. All doctors’ offices should have this organizations work ethic. Simply the best out there.

I wasn’t able to make my appointment because I was having trouble with my car, as it would not start. I called shortly before my appointment to let them know. I spoke with Eleanor who was extremely rude to me. Eleanor told me I would be considered a “no show” and I would be subjected to a cancellation fee. I explained that I could still make the appointment, however I would be 20 min late. When I was told that was not possible I asked if I can reschedule the appointment. I was scheduled for a 12:45pm routine eye exam and was not seated until 1:30pm. I am heavily disappointed in the fact that not one staff member apologized for the 45min wait and inconvenience to my day. Typically, I always have a great experience at this practice, however, today was not such.
