I have started back with my eye care here again. Recently though, I have had to leave voice-mails for my request for my eye scripts 2 times now. The first time was weeks ago! I figured id try again today. I really hope this time they do get my request. I've left them my email to send it to...left them my name and phone number. I love them thus far but I feel like the requests are lacking. Sorry, this is the only reason for my 4 star.

I went for an annual eye exam as a new patient. I paid out of pocket not to get my eyes dilated, and they did it anyway. I still feel like the prescription that I received after this exam is wrong and gives me fish bowl tunnel vision, which they claimed to have fixed after minor adjustments to the frames. They also admitted to using a cheaper composite for their lenses, which lends to - get this - blurriness. The whole point is to see!
