Im sure they are good agents but their recent strategy of incessant email marketing trying to convince people to sell their properties and invest with VareCo raises my brow. Surely they are getting compensated by VareCo but nowhere do you find this disclosure. Chris has made a living being the " expert " for investment properties but now he is telling you to sell everything and put your money in a random syndicated fund. PROCEED WITH CAUTION...
