I have just moved from the south west and was super nervous about finding a new mechanic after having a reliable one for so many years for all of our vehicles (Mercedes and Commodore), but thankfully we found Envirotune! Amazing staff, great prices and the workshop floor is clean enough to hold a picnic on! Donna always greets you with a smile and the boys have amazing knowledge! When looking for a mechanic in Mandurah, don’t go past Envirotune, you will be in the best hands!
Excellent Customer service.
They had serviced my dmax since I got it and I never had issues until i found a new mechanic closer to my work. The new shop did a full fluid flush when they first took the car. I got a call and got sent these photos of my transfer-case fill plug totally stripped internally. I emailed Envirotune and confronted them about not informing me of the damage they caused or repairing it to which the manager (on a phone call) denied it was them and refused to do any repairs.
