Customer service is excellent! From the 1st call, to the services being provided, everyone was extremely professional. I only needed half of my couch cushions cleaned and they even worked with me on the price, as most companies wanted to still charge me full price. I felt the price they offered was fair on both parts. The services were provided in an extremely timely manner from consultation to day of - only 1 week - which is unheard of for anything these days. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. When I first called them. A super friendly person answer the phone, she gave me a very reasonable quote. I was thinking, that cannot be right. Jason picked up 2 huge area rugs from my home. My area rugs over 15 years old. I have 2 dogs and a cat, always carry dirt in from the yard. They look like they were fully restored. I am still in shock and cannot stop looking at them. Thank you Jason Y. for all that you do and your kindness
The owner, Jason came to my home and cleaned out my air ducts and sanitized my air conditioning system. He even vacuumed out the entire closet and hot water heater. Jason just left our home for at least the third time. We had carpets and furniture cleaned and just WOW, what a great job. Thanks for your prompt and through service… We definitely recommend them.
Highly recommend! The owner himself came out to clean my off-white sofa and did a beautiful job! He drove to Mandeville from Gulfport and said he services this area. He’s a real sweetheart of a guy, couldn’t be nicer, and very knowledgeable about cleaning and fabrics. Also does restoration in flood, fire and mold. Can’t say enough good things about this family owned business! Will not go anywhere else! Thank you, Mr. Jason and EnviroTech! I will try to include BEFORE & AFTER pics.
