Plug Hub Starter Kits great after several days of use. Wonderful innovation! I bought to replace the harsh, suffocating plugins in the hall of this apartment building. It’ll be a great relief if management accepts. Arrived promptly with no hitches. Good instructions and easy to use. During trials in my apartment, I find scent sufficient in small spaces even when unplugged and placed in exposed location. Should last at least as long as described. Doubt if I’d like any of the other scents more than pineapple coconut. Mmm!

After having purchased dozens of these products for my employer's 18 restrooms for many months I completed a survey for 15% off their product, but I'm not allowed to use it on their most affordable product. Your restrictions turned off a valuable customer who would have purchased over 100 units per year. I called customer service, but they held to their restriction. Needless to say, I and the company I work for are no longer a customer.

I was sent 8 full units instead of the 8 refills I ordered, and customer service acted like they were doing me a favor. I now have 8x the e-waste, flying in the face of the eco-friendliness of the product.

The scents are nice, but they are NOT long lasting. 2 weeks tops.

Yes! A perfect clean product with great scent! It’s really good when companies are really good at customer service and make it a pleasure. You have certainly done that!
