Wanted to charge me three times as much as another plumber. The rep was unprofessional and demanded the travel fee of $75.00 and was here for less than ten minutes. Buyer beware!
I give 5 stars to the professionals who visited my home yesterday. They displayed excellent professionalism and honesty while diagnosing the issue, which cost around $80—no complaints there. However, I can only award 1 star for the outrageous estimate I received for fixing a leaky pipe in one of our bathrooms. I was quoted over $1200 for a job they claimed would take three hours. We had a leak in our sprinkler system and the water was coming through the pavers. I called Envirosafe and spoke with Kristen. She was very helpful. Gage was dispatched and was great. He got right to work pulling the pavers up, removing dirt, fixed the pvc pipe and put everything back as if nothing had happened. Great service from Kristen to Gage. Thank you
