Had a problem with Ants so we called this company,first visit 90 minutes late,reason traffic,second visit 30 minutes late,third visit ,they called to say they were going to be late,then 2 hours later they called to cancel appt.,new appt monday between 9-10 AM,at 10:30 called office ,no answer,but text message stating out of office today,call tech. ,called tech,no answer..We paid alot of money($780) for the ant problem to go away,and so far no success.

Keep missing appointments twice rescheduled no show no phone call I had them spray2 months ago and I've got bugs spiders and fleas and it was supposed to be quarterly it doesn't work.

What I do know is that All Lowe's stores are great & willing to help you with what they can & prices are good also.

I give this company five stars because of their amazing customer service! They were so nice over the phone and so helpful in person. I had the exterminator come out twice, the second time was free, and now I definitely don't have a flea problem anymore! They deserve the five star rating!
