Environs doesn't care about residents and are very negligent. We pay for a permit $10 a month and nobody monitors the lot as there are cars parked wrongfully in handicapped zones and fire lanes that are not ticketed or towed. There was a nasty dog poop issue in the enclosed courtyard that wasn't solved until I installed a camera and signage and caught the person doing it after complaining for months of the stench, the flies, and the piles everywhere and them not doing anything about it. I do not recommend renting here. The property has had constant staff turnover and poor management, which creates ongoing confusion and frustration for tenants. Despite providing proof of my own renters insurance policy months ago, management continues to add charges to my rent for liability insurance I already carry. This shows a lack of organization and accountability in handling important tenant documentation.
