4.2.26- I had an emergency today and the team responded beautifully and fast. The Maintenance team has been promt and the communication has been seamless. Well done!! Thank you so much, TEAM! ParkM has been great on the condo side! Russ and his team have been wonderful! I have been especially pleased with the trash service. This is a dumping zone for area people and the team takes care of what has been dumped first thing in the morning. Thank you for all you!
This is absolutely the worst place to live at. My mom, grandma, and step dad live here, my grandma and step dad are senior citizens, the heater went out a few weeks ago and these people haven’t made the effort to fix or replace the heater. Starting tomorrow night it’s supposed to drop below 40 degrees! Not only this but everything is falling apart, and let’s not mention how terrible the AC is. Prospective renters beware! They’ll raise your rent every year and for that you’ll get unresponsive staff, repairs that aren’t done correctly, non-functional sprinklers, no grass, a dangerous gutter system leading to your front door creating black ice, a 20+ year old A/C unit that can’t cool your house to a reasonable level, drafty windows and doors, broken side gate, squirrels that will eat your wires and total your vehicles, insulation that’s falling apart, and a yard crew that won’t clean up tree debris.
