Editing due to how Mission Rocks handled my complaints about the property office. They were more helpful than anyone on site has been. The complex is still not the nicest out there. We had a fair amount of issues with outlets, appliances, and parking at the complex. Utilities were often over 200 for a 1 bedroom unit. Parking is very weird for guests, the property should look into a guest lot rather than the 4 spots in front of the office. Neighbors are loud and children tend to be fully unsupervised. This place is not what it is made out to be. We had constant issues from move-in until we moved out less than a year later. Signing the lease was easy and the agent that showed us the apartment was friendly but that is where it ended. We were shown a different unit than the one we moved into. Our unit featured water damaged and warped cabinets that didn’t close, a brown sludge that leaked from the bathroom walls whenever we showered, mismatched and rusted appliances and a floor that was caving in under the washer drier.
