She did this with her trusted contractor and husband, Terry. She was patient with my making decisions within the budget, offered elegant design advice, and was a critical partner throughout the project (and afterward.) Thank you so much for helping us through our house journeys.
Dawn did an amazing job of selling my house. She knew exactly what it took to get a price I wanted. She had a painting crew in and staged it beautifully, emphasizing the classic hardwood floors. She was terrific at showing it. I'd highly recommend her!
I can't it has been 4 years since Dawn helped us find our amazing house in Lake Claire. Her husband Terry was also a great part of the team as we looked at mostly older houses. His input on "great structural ideas we can take forward" or "NO!!!! house looks good but foundation is rotting and is basically a teardown". Dawn knows all the best neighborhoods in Midtown and the ones we hadn't even discovered yet. So fearful experience and highly recommended. -Dirk and Karen Baxter, Lake Claire.
