I discovered a mouse in my apartment this afternoon, and being it's a holiday not many other places answered the phone. They answered right away and were able to come out within 2 hours of me calling. Jeff was extremely prompt, professional and knew exactly how to catch the mouse, and suggested the possible places it could have come from. Exactly what I was looking for, would definitely recommend and use them again (hopefully not needed).
