I had such a great experience working with Wes Reyes. Before closing, I complained to my new construction builder that the stone veneer was mismatched on the exterior of my home. They switched out some of the stones, but there were still a bunch of blue/dark gray stones that stuck out like a sore thumb on my mostly tan/greige veneers. I grew up with masonry as the daughter of a very successful business built by my father and now am married to a man who owns and single-handedly runs a masonry company. From this side of the business that I know so well, I have heard nothing but complaints. I have heard and witnessed interactions and am appalled by the customer service that is provided specifically by Corinne.
