DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I worked for these crooks. They have not paid all the workers we used and I still have not received my full commissions. Steven Smith is a smooth talker. Don’t believe a word he or his kids say. They also have a guy named Jason Alifino. He is a part of their schemes. Consumer beware. I have reported them to the BBC and I had my clients do the same. It took a lawyer for me to get part of my commissions.
I hired Environmental Pro to replace my roof, repair some siding, and paint some trim after a hail storm. Everything started great and I made the first payment. Well once they had my money things took a turn for the worse. I had to have them come out multiple times to fix the mistakes of the subs they sent to do the initial work. Excellent customer satisfaction, great work on all exterior projects, Honest, Family Owned, & Trustworthy project managers.
One star is beyond generous. Avoid this company like the plague. They are unreliable and they are liars. They did not complete work on time, they dodged my calls pertaining to the work to be done, and they did not stick by their bid or contract costing me thousands more then I was originally told and contracted for. I would not recommend this company to anyone not even someone I didn't like. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
Environmental Pros did my roof in summer of 2013 after the hail storms & floods. Awesome job & no complaints. Roof still looks like new - Will use them again at our next home when we need a new roof...
