I was very pleased with the service I received from both Lance and Krista. Krista was very responsive to my online query and voicemail. She was able to provide me with an appointment very promptly and in a very friendly yet professional manner. Do not lose this very competent person. It was a good experience with Liam. Liam was very thorough. He did tests for various parts of the pipes and worked through 2.5 hours. The camera was a good tool to show customers what is happening with the pipes. He's knowledgeable and explained how the pipes work as well. It's nice to be offered a 10% discount which he inadvertently forgot to apply to the invoice but said I can call into the office tomorrow to get that refunded. Not a problem at all. The 10% was refunded the next day.
I would definitely recommend Miguel from Environmental Plumbing to my family and friends. He has been to my place several times for work on faucets and toilets. He is friendly, polite and very helpful with giving advice on options.
