The website advertises free estimates however when the technician comes out and you do not elect to have a service done, they want charge you $95. This fee is never disclosed online or in the email communications. I also have video of what appears to be the technician planting a bug on my porch upon his arrival which he was very eager to point out to me when I answered the door.

Very professional and thorough. Neat and courteous. I have used their services for years at both of my apartment complexes.
I live in an apartment and EPM sent a tech in to spray one day while I was at work. I returned home to find mud had been tracked all through my home, and worse the technician walked on and soiled my vintage white shag rug. I contacted EPM and they promised to "take care of it and make it right", but after a week nothing had happened and I hadn't heard from anyone so I started complaining to my leasing office and they eventually were gracious enough to send in a carpet cleaner of their own. RecommendedI was very pleased with their service. The staff were very friendly and prompt and handled the issue very quickly. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a pest removed.
We went with Environmental over a year ago. They're fantastic. We were with another service for over 20 years - they came regularly, but we developed an ant issue. I called and they could not come for a week to handle our situation. I called EPM and they had someone there that afternoon and resolved our issue. I fired my other service and signed up for EPM's quarterly service. Kyle is our service technician and he is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend EPM to anyone looking for quality pest control.
