Very dishonest manager. The inspector Tyler was pretty good in explaining the details. So we signed contract with Environmental to do termite prevention using Fipronil 9.1% (high-end product), but they used the much cheaper product Dominion 2L which can not last that long as Fipronil. We figured it out and contacted the company. A manager called later and tried to "teach" us that the two products are the same. Technician Stephen and Shaheed just completed my service of removing a wasp nest. They showed up precisely in the window of my appointment time. They displayed true teamwork. It is apparent that they are subject matter experts in their field of work. They were fearless in their actions in reference to treating and the removal and take away of the remnants of the wasp nest. They were very professional. I will definitely call the Environment Pest Control Berryville office in the future if the need be.
Extremely frustrating experience! We got serviced twice for the same bird call. We cited the two vents that needed to be serviced one kitchen exterior and bathroom interior . The bathroom fan smell and suspicion of bird up there was our main concern. The first crew "got" all the birds and left without checking the bathroom. Called that night reporting a strong smell still lingered and sounds of a loud squawking from the fan. I had an excellent experience with this company. The technician made me feel comfortable and listened to all my concerns during the inspection. Following inspection, they sent detailed intructions to follow prior to treatment. The day of treatment, another gentleman came (I'm terrible with names) and again, a great experience.
