Friendly people, customer service is excellent and the work was done exactly what I wanted.
You know it’s bad when you have to create an anonymous account to review this company. I had the company come out and do some ground drainage for me. If I would’ve known what I was getting myself into I would NOT have went with this company. A two man team came out and didn’t dig the ditch deep enough, so they decided to smash down the pipe until it fit in the ditch they dug. We had a driveway put in and it is absolutely beautiful! It has held up for the entire year with zero cracking. The colored border has received tons of compliments. Thanks ELM!
I contacted ELM to redo my yard landscaping, add a new concrete patio, and to build a retaining wall. They did a phenomenal job, were quick and responsive and communicated well, and even helped do some touch up work after the utility company had to do some work on my gas line. On top of that, they had the best price by far out of the many companies I spoke to. I will absolutely be using them again for further work.
