The extra warranty of $14.99 isn't what I expected. Twice before calling them for a problem that was never resolved, I called them again. On the third visit they wanted to charge $53 out of a normal $129. I said no, because the prior 2 visits should have handled the problem. Environmental is arguing with me. I called Costco to see what is going on, they said the manager of heating and air will call me back today. I'm very unhappy having to deal with this issue.
****. UPDATE from previous 5 star review. It's now been nearly 2 months.....we have not seen even the tiniest reduction of dust, pollen etc. nor reduced order elimination. After month 1 I contacted our installer and he told us to be patient...sometimes it takes awhile to clear out the system. Either there is something wrong with the installation or the equipment is not as promised. After nearly $3,000 it better work..... Left text to again complain and requested a refund if this is all the better this unit will get our home.... read more
My experience with Environmental Heating and Air Solutions was tremendous. From the beginning to the completion of the installation. Chris (Sales Representative) was great, he informative, low pressure, honest and knowledgeable. The installation team was excellent, Eddie and Marcus are extremely professional, courteous, respectful and talented HVAC technicians. I highly recommend Environmental Heating and Air Solutions. They installed a Lennox HVAC system in our home. Than you all for a job well done!
Today was a follow up A/C test since the HVAC was installed in the winter. Easy day with minimal disruption thanks to the professionals at Environmental!
