Tom and his team were great! They were extremely professional, considerate and performed a thorough clean. Tom was easy to communicate with from start to finish. He made sure I understood what the process and answered any questions. I did not feel like they rushed or cut any corners. I would recommend them to anyone needing their system cleaned!
I met Tom at a gas station, and seeing his truck signage from behind, I got out and asked for his business card. I told him about the house not having the duct work cleaned since the move-in renovations 14 years prior. He gave me a price on the spot, which I wrote on his card, and off I went. Tom and his crew did an exceptional job. They were extremely professional, clean, and courteous. They were also very mindful of our three cats which is a big plus for us pet owners.
Tom was nothing shy of superb! He and his team showed up on time and were exceptional to work with from start to finish. They were clean and careful as the house had recently had paint and renovation work done. The duct work they cleaned out was spotless and they didn’t leave any mess on their way out. I will be calling Tom back for my yearly dryer vent cleaning and also every few years for my HVAC cleaning. Thanks, Tom!
