Bryan is awesome!! He was able to expertly identify, and show me, how the siding I had was not asbestos based. It was just wood siding that had a similar appearance to asbestos siding. He was kind enough to also check a few other areas I thought might be an issue. He put my worries to rest with his wealth of knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with asbestos issues / concerns.
I want to thank Bryan and Alex for their timely expert response. Tenants had unauthorized altered the ceiling against lease and exposed our family property to asbestos. I had to go out of county for abatement bids (Montana). These guys responded to my call and showed up. I followed the State and Federal recommendations. Do not alter or disturb popcorn ceilings without knowing what you are doing. Tenants put 40-50lbs of water based product by roller on a 57 yr old ceiling complicating its removal. The worst. Left my home more dangerous than before they started! The drywaller who came in after they finished could not believe what a terrible job they did! He showed me how they left a lot of the asbestos popcorn ceiling still there, but the remainder now had the protective paint gone. No removal was done around any of the fixtures. Short on time, the dry wall contractor had to finish the work that Environmental Contractors didn’t care to do, which I had to pay for.
