Warren, our service guy, just left and I feel compelled to write about how awesome it was to experience this kind of service. A transplant from a tiny town in Georgia, I've ached for personal, mom-and-pop style service that I got from living in a small place where you couldn't cheat people over because the whole town would know and you'd be run out of business! Woke up in morning.....12 degrees F......No heat....called Envirionmental Comfort Team Inc as recommended by a friend. They arrived exactly on time as promised. They conducted measurements on various components. They identified the root cause of the problem .They had the replacement defective gas valve on their truck. They replaced the valve. I was impressed by their analysis and only replacing components known to be bad. The furnace is now working perfectly. I would awaed them 5 stars out of 5.....GlenM
