Thank you, Ethan, so very much for your recent service! My mother's unit quit cooling and made things quite uncomfortable for her. You Immediately diagnosed the problem and offered several options for repairing. You secured needed parts working in intense heat for several hours to get her back up and running. We cannot thank you enough for your outstanding service and professionalism. Jazz, we appreciate for your assistance as well. Was such a pleasurable experience.
