We have used Environmental Comfort Systems for at least 15 years. We’ve replaced three older units over the years with more efficient units and we’ve kept the service contracts on them. ECS is always responsive when we have a problem, and their technicians are always polite and explain the services and costs. Great service today from Dewey and Jonah who serviced our three units and made repairs to two of them that chipmunks had chewed wires on. Rudy, Zane, and Jazz installed our dehumidifier. They were very professional, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.
Crew (Dewey, Rudy and Zane) were on time and immediately began working. Completed the job, cleaned up and left everything working and looking great. I will definitely continue to use ECS.
Kyle and Gavin were very thorough and informative when they serviced our Hvac systems. I would recommend them to anyone needing semiannual checks.
The installation of my new HVAC system was marvelous. What would have been a daunting task was professionally approached with care and politeness. Technicians Rudy, Dewey and Zane operated like "hand in glove" with each other to complete the installation and to help answer the myriad of questions I asked. I have trusted ECS for decades.
