When my furnace finally decided that it would no longer work (on Christmas Eve with a negative temperature forecast), Mark answered my call, got the replacement parts quickly, and installed them to prevent additional repairs to my house. I highly recommend his courteous and honest services.

ECI has serviced my heating and cooling for over 10 years. He has always been extremely fair and straightforward. On several occasions, made exceptions to get me up and running. I would highly recommend ECI.
