Professional, reasonable and efficient as always. The techs kept me informed and got my air up and running on a very hot day. The office kept me informed on their arrival time as this was not a scheduled appointment. I did not have to wait long. I am always happy with their service! Recommend!

I used EAS to help with an issue with my Daikin VRV system. In the end after about a 6 week period they were unable to get my system fixed. Here are some on the issues I experienced with them. Scheduling - once they came out and analyzed and confirmed that I had a leak in the system at the condenser coil, getting them to be proactive and schedule the needed follow up visits was practically impossible. Environmental Air recently serviced our Heating system. they arrived on time and did a thorough servicing job. discussed the system and it’s history highly recommended and will have them back for ac service in the spring. thank you EAS! just received service on an ac problem. thank you for coming out late today Lamar. we appreciate it.

My AC broke 4 days ago during this current heatwave. I was referred to Environmental Systems by a friend. They squeezed me in for the technicians to come out today (Monday). It was a complicated fix and they fixed it! Things I noticed when they were here for the 1.5 hours…teamwork, problem-solving, relentless, great communication skills, industry knowledge, polite and friendly. I highly recommend Environmental Systems. Thanks you guys!
