Excellent technician
I had Environmental Air come out last fall to check out my pool chiller because it stopped working. They were able to diagnose it as a motor issue, but the initial replacement cost was ~$1000-$1100 including parts and labor. I was able to find a replacement motor for $200-250, but the wiring was different than the original motor. Now that it’s summertime, I finally got around to having them come back out to get that hooked up properly. It cost an $450 for the trip fee + labor + working on a client-provided part. They were called out as a third party inspection after all the issues I’ve had with my new build and they were amazing. Through and detailed in their findings. Really appreciate them and would recommend.
The technician texted me ahead of time with his ETA and the office also called. He was professional and knowledgeable and gave me my full range of options.
The technician was precisely on time, professional, knowledgeable, and explained the entire procedure perfectly. He replaced a temperature sensor on our pool heater. I would absolutely recommend this company.
