Scott and his team came out quickly. When we found out our unit had to be replaced we got quotes from 3 companies and Scott welcomed the comparison. We bought our unit from ECS and they came quickly for installation. They are still great to answer questions as we are learning how to navigate our new unit. Recommend this company highly.
Great company. They installed and maintained the HVAC in the first house we built. Then three years later when were building our present home, there was no question what company was going to design and install the HVAC. The system they installed was a 3-unit zoned system It has provided great temperature and humidity control in the house as well as saving a lot of money on utility bills for the last 15 year's. 2nd experience: same as below. We had ECS install a new unit downstairs once we completed the construction downstairs. Awesome job done once again. Highly recommend 1st experience: Scott was extra professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Followed up with us shortly after the installation to ensure the unit was working as it should. He showed us how to use the controls and cleaned up afterwards. Will use him again!
Great company to work with! They were on time with the installation of my Armstrong unit. They arrived on time and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. They answered all of my questions in ways I understood. I highly recommend them and their work.
