James and his crew did an exceptional job at my relative’s house. Each time I called with a question, he immediately answered and gave us the information we needed. They follow up several times in the weeks after the treatment to make sure that there are no live bugs. I would highly recommend Environ, James and his crew for exterminating bed bugs!

James always answers his phone and has worked diligently to fit my service needs into his schedule based on severity. He communicates excellently, lets us know when he is there, when complete, how it went, and offers extra advice based on his decades in the business to help with whatever the project is. He is reasonable in price and will be honest about things we can do on our own to additionally improve results while helping limit costs. We have been using him for 10 years. I was trying post a review on Google, BUT, being an old guy with an OLDER cell phone, it didn't work so well. I'm posting this to tell EVERYONE, if you have bed bug/insects/and or rodents you need to call these folks!! They have taken care of our problems in a very rapid, professional manner.
