We have been waiting for months for them finish the job they started. We had to use them due to our home warranty company for our new furnace and air conditioning unit. We have been waiting for 2 months for them to come and connect our air conditioning unit back to it. Husband tries to communicate weekly and the owner replies once and then starts ignoring us again.
