AVOID THEM! Their sales manager came to my door offering a $20 discounted first service. Was told by their team at my door I'd be able to cancel the service at anytime if my landlord didn't want to pay for the continued services. What they don't tell you is that if you cancel early, they'll charge you a $400 fee for the rest of the services. Shame on Enviorguard. Edit: Check the BBB and you'll see I'm not the only one who has had this issue with them.
