I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have tried SEVERAL times to cancel my service—via text, phone calls, and voicemail—and I always return their calls promptly. Yet, they keep insisting that the only way to make changes is through a live voice call. The problem? They never answer the phone. On August 2, 2025, their technician indicated that, since I was in the process of moving, the initial indoor treatment could be coordinated during the next scheduled service. This was noted in my account portal. Based on this understanding, I scheduled a service for September 5, 2025, and took the afternoon off to ensure access for the indoor treatment. EnviroGuard Pest Control is a disreputable company. DO-NOT-TRUST these people. Long story short, on July 30th I cancelled my account with them 14-HOURS after I set it up because something just didn't feel right. I sent them five different notifications, responding to various emails and text messages received from them, informing them of my account cancellation. Christopher was very polite and as far as I can tell completed the service exactly as expected. Enviroguard's treatments have never failed to keep the ant problem that I originally contacted them about completely under control with just the outside treatment. Every spring and summer I had an invasion of ants into the kitchen through the back door and that has not happened even once since I started with Enviroguard treatments several years ago. Very happy with the fantastic results and the professionalism of this company.

DO NOT use EnviroGuard Pest Control to kill bugs, insects, etc.. It does NOT work. Home video shows Envirogaurd Tech spraying house and shop but not the yard. The price for spraying the yard is in the total amount owed. I told them that the tech did not spray the yard and they are still trying to make me pay the entire amount. They even added a late fee. This company is no good in my opinion. I still have bugs, beetles insects. I went Lowes and purchased bug spray and it worked. Could had saved my money by just doing it mys... read more

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS! Make sure you read the fine print because you are lock-in for a 12-month service. The freaking knucklehead who came to my house stated that I only needed to do three treatments and that I could cancel at any time. THEY WILL NOT CANCEL IT AND WILL CHARGE YOU $200.00 plus TO CANCEL IT.
