No communication between workers. Had to repeat the issues to 3 different workers. On the phone with them for 30 mins. Never even got to the actual scheduling of the appointment. Very unprofessional. Not able to review any actual service because we never made it that far. Would not recommend 0/10
Have used them for years. They have done great on keeping equipment working.

EnviroControl recently came out to repair the heater in our bay and also worked on two systems in our building. They were easy to work with, professional, and the pricing was right. Would definitely recommend.
Enviro Control Systems came out yesterday for our spring maintenance, and the service was excellent. Our technician, Malcolm, was punctual, friendly, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was checking and let us know that all of our systems are in great shape—even our 37‑year‑old unit is still humming.
