This company had to work in my back yard to complete a job in my neighbour's yard. They left utility wires loose and hanging all over my yard and along my shed roof. When I called and asked them to please come back and put the wires back in the condition that they were in, they were quite rude and told me that the wires were out of service anyways. They never returned to fix the damage they caused and have ignored my emails.
Customer service and tree maintenance was excellent. Several neighbours commented on the quality of the work, including the clean up after. Thank you Jennifer and Anson.
Excellent Service. Polite and professional. Reasonably priced.
Answered in person when I called (how rare is that these days!?). Was willing to come to the site on extremely short notice to handle an unusual tree request. Very grateful to this company for their responsiveness and care.
