Randy went out of his way to help me on easter Sunday when our septic backed up into our basement while my partner was away. His communication was excellent before, during, and after the visit. As he worked, told me a lot about our septic system that I didn't know, and identified the issue (another company that came by agreed with Randy's assessment later). Professional and fast. They did a great job.
Great service. Job well done
BEWARE he does not stick to the prices he QUOTES!!! He charged $536 above his quote upon completion of job. Will not recommend nor ever use Randy to repair or pump out septic again! Second problem, he does not adhere to his appointment schedule. His answer, there's a communication problem.
Working with Randy was great. Took the time to talk us through everything and made sure we understood our system. Highly recommended
