Grossly unprofessional! He ruined the carpet. He used so much water that over 8 hours later the carpet was still damp and actually coming up off the padding. When we returned from work and saw the fluffing in the carpet and FELT THE DAMP CARPET, we called only to have the owner slam the phone down in our face. Needles to say I put a stop payment on the $200 he over charged us. We usually use Nata carpet care and they do NOT charge as much and the service is way better. The owner gave a reasonable quote and showed up at the requested time. He cleaned and stretched the carpets and they look great!

An estimate was provide prior to accepting Enviro's services,and the service hours are very accommodating. after service, I recieved a follow-up phone call to ensure i was satisfied. Exceptional cleaning of carpets & tile floors.

What a great job they did for us. We've had poor results in the past from other companies, but Enviro clean came highly recomended to me by a good friend. Thanks Debra for the referal. and thank you Enviro for a job well done!
