*BUYER BE AWARE. Extremely disappointed with the duct cleaning service. The team reportedly cleaned 18 vents in under an hour, left dangerous metal clippings on the floor, and most alarmingly, the dryer vent was still full of lint and debris immediately after the service. We sent clear photo and video evidence of the issue, yet instead of addressing our concerns, we were simply sent an invoice with no follow-up until we called. This companies approach to duct cleaning is ineffective and unsafe. I do NOT recommend this company or their services. PLEASE READ: I requested this duct cleaning service to help eliminate the concerns I had over breathing in potentially harmful particles in my HVAC system. The duct cleaning team began laying down hose in my house and took no care in protecting my door or stairs.
