While on a sunny vacation in the dead of winter we got a call from my daughter that the furnace was not working. The technician that arrived quickly diagnosed the problem and made a fast repair for a fraction of the cost we expected. *BUYER BE AWARE. Extremely disappointed with the duct cleaning service. The team reportedly cleaned 18 vents in under an hour, left dangerous metal clippings on the floor, and most alarmingly, the dryer vent was still full of lint and debris immediately after the service. We sent clear photo and video evidence of the issue, yet instead of addressing our concerns, we were simply sent an invoice with no follow-up until we called.
