Absolutely terrible experience. This company was dispatched by American Home Shield over two weeks ago to fix our broken AC. The technician came out, diagnosed the issue (compressor or condenser was broken), and said they would order the part and return to fix it. That was the last we heard from them. Since then, we’ve been living in 86-degree heat with no AC downstairs, calling repeatedly and getting nowhere. Every time we call, we’re told someone will call us back — they never do.
