Benjamin, the service technician, was great! He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable.
Communication was good. Diagnosis and repair of the problem was quick. Technician was friendly. Only complaint is we had to wait almost a week for them to come.
Terrel came out for multiple AC unit tuneup and to address a cooling issue. Service was prompt and professional and Terrell was very courteous.
