Terrel, was very nice, very knowledgeable about what was going on with this unit. He knew just what to look for and at to diagnose the problem. Also a very fast worker, he is definitely someone to hang onto and take care of at any cost. Thank you. LRBishop
Apparently very simple fix. A/C mechanic very helpful and explained problem and resolution. Appointment was scheduled for between 10AM and 2PM. Mechanic showed-up just before 5PM. NO CALLS - NO NOTICES BEING LATE. Finally received email notice that mechanic was on his way. Waiting from 10AM to 5PM with no notices/information unacceptable
Terrel was a very nice young man. Showed up a bit later than expected but said they are really busy right now which is understandable. He addressed my issues and I will have to wait for them to change out my unit
