The service was excellent and employee was very professional. Would recommend to anyone.
Terrible company as as stated. They do not return calls. Dispatched by (AHS) and said they didn’t know what was wrong. Has to send out another tech as this one was un qualified and he had only been there a month. After they leave they denied the claim as pre existing will not explain how build up on a duct is pre exzisting. Called 8x and no one has returned a call one. Seems they just don’t want to be bothered and got service call money.
They arrived on time and was very thorough on his examination of my AC.
Had 3 AC and furnace units replaced at residence. Team of 6 showed up on time and were professional and courteous. Finished install time and cleaned up both inside and out like they were never there. This was part of AHS replacement program at significant savings (verified with independent estimates). TCA/EMS worked with me to get even lower costs than original discounted quote. Job well done
