This is an agonizing review to submit. It would appear that my experience is the opposite of many glowing reviews written about this company. I do not know why I am the failure. These are the facts. Hired May 2nd 2026 and despite colder than normal temperatures began the repair process. Followed their instructions precisely ($150 over typical water bill).
